Chariman Schiebur was born in Omaha, Nebraska. He is married to his wife Roxane with two daughters-Joslyn and Macy. His hobbies include hunting, fishing, golfing and landscape. He is a Volunteer Driver for the Adams Resuce Squad and is active on the Adams Volunteer Fire Department.
