Adams is a growing community with a current population of 604 residence. Upcoming Meetings
Village meetings are held on the first Thursday following the first Monday of the month at the Village Office at 7:00 pm with the Planning and Zoning Committee meeting at 6:30 pm. 730 Main Street, Adams.
Park Project
The Village of Adams has completed the Adams Park Master Plan, which was developed through the collaborative efforts of the Adams Village Board and Olsson. To help bring the vision of the Master Plan to life, the Village Board established the Growing Adams Park (GAP) Advisory Board to assist in planning, fundraising, and guiding future park improvements.
The Village recently completed the current phase of the project, which included the addition of sports courts, a third baseball/softball field, a walking trail, and restroom facilities adjacent to the playground. Previous phases of the project included the construction of a concession stand with ADA-accessible restrooms, two batting cages, sidewalks, site grading, and a parking lot with ADA-accessible parking spaces.
The Village of Adams remains committed to providing outstanding enhancements and improvements to the community park system. These investments continue to expand recreational opportunities, improve accessibility, and create a welcoming destination for residents and visitors of all ages.
